Al Jaidah Hotel - Doha, Qatar

Central Park is a 56 storey, commercial office tower, built above a 4 storey basement in Perth’s CBD. The development was at the time, Perth’s tallest building and is a winner of the ACEA Award of Excellence.

The Index Building comprises 85 levels, with 5 levels of underground basement, 30 levels of office floors and 50 levels of residential floors. The building is 340m high and has a typical floor layout of 110 x 25m.

Horizon Apartments

Horizon Apartments is a 46 level apartment tower building, a neighbouring, low-rise apartment building and a multi-level basement carpark.

Boulevard Crescents & South Ridge – The Residences, Dubai

The Residences is a development by EMAAR on land adjacent to the Burj Tower. The project comprises 15 residential towers of varying heights between 25 and 40 storeys. Each tower is surrounded by complementary, podium structures that house parking. The project was delivered under a design and build contract.

Al Jaidah Hotel - Doha, Qatar

Al Jaidah comprises 30 levels of 5 star accommodation, including 3 levels of basement car parking in the West Bay area of Doha. The façade is a glazed curtain wall, curved in three directions.
