The Tower – Shaik Zayed, Dubai

Reengineering of floors and column system, to suit Contractor’s equipment and method of construction.

Structural format enabled completion of two floors per week throughout the construction cycle. Early handover of the low-rise floor was achieved on programme and handover of the high-rise was 5 months ahead of schedule

Project comprises of a 36 level residential tower with an 19 level low rise tower. Building has a two level basement located over two rail tunnels.

48 storey residential tower consisting of 460 units over Market City in Chinatown, Haymarket.
