Pittwater Place Shopping Centre, Mona Vale, NSW

Pittwater Place is a three level retail building incorporating basement parking as well as roof top parking. The challenging site constraints were overcome with innovative foundation and retention solutions that enabled the function of existing neighbouring retail structures during construction.

Stockland Shopping Centre, Baldivis, WA

This project involved the Design and Construction of the shopping centre development adjacent to Safety Bay Road, which included 22 speciality stores. Work included the design and documentation of the carpark, service roads and their associated stormwater drainage.

Paddy’s Market Redevelopment, Haymarket, NSW

Paddy’s Market and Market City Retail Complex in Chinatown, Sydney. The project consists of a mix of retail, cinema and offices over Paddy’s markets at Ground Floor. Three levels of basement carparking service the complex.

The Village, Condamine Street Balgowlah, NSW

The project consists of a mix of retail, club, gymnasium and residential apartments over an open air podium structure. Parking for 1500 cars is provided, on three, below ground basement levels.
